For that you need to visit the http://www.ampminsure.org/syndication/blog-planner.html and there either you need to signup or login (if already a member). Over here you may choose a title for your blog planner. By doing this you would generate a code. Now all you need to do is copy and paste this code into your blog or site. The rest you can manage from your blog.
Once you visit your blog, you would find an ‘EDIT’ button getting displayed. Once you click on the EDIT button you would be able to customize your planner.
